1. Greeting: Welcomes guests and members with intentional hospitality, helping first-time guests feel comfortable, find their way around, and take their next steps toward belonging.

2. Parking: Creates a welcoming first impression by greeting guests, directing traffic, and helping everyone find the appropriate parking spot safely and efficiently.

3. Coffee: Serves the church by preparing fresh coffee, maintaining a clean and fully stocked coffee bar, and creating a welcoming space for fellowship.

4. Ushers: Create a welcoming and distraction-free worship environment by greeting guests, strategically seating individuals and groups from front to back, and ensuring everyone has a place to sit.

5. Auditorium Team: Serves behind the scenes to set up our auditorium for the gathering

6. The Heights Kids: Plays a vital role in discipling our kids

7. Worship Team: Leads our people in worship

8. Production Team: Sound, Lights, Slides, Tech

9. Prayer Team: Prays for people during the response time of the gathering

10. Safety Team: Maintains a safe environment for the gathering

11. Medical Team: Responds to any medical situations during the gathering
