Life in the city as a family can be incredibly hard. At the Heights, we want to do everything we can to help your family thrive here in Denver by loving your kids alongside you and equipping your family to follow Jesus together.

What happens in Heights Kids on Sundays?
We offer a safe, fun, and developmentally meaningful classroom experience for infants through 5th grade. Your child will be taught an interactive story from the Bible, participate in a craft or activity, worship God through song, and get their wiggles out with a fun game.

Safety is our top priority in The Heights Kids. We take extra care in providing a safe environment for kids to learn and play. Feel free to click through some of these topics to answer your questions.

In order to protect the kids in our care, we require that all of them be registered and properly checked in.
Checking your kids in is easy! Simply enter our lobby and head to the left where you can follow the signs to our kid’s space. A team member will be there to greet you and your family and help you get checked in. You can also pre-register your child below to make Sunday morning even smoother!

We use a simple text message alert system to communicate with parents. Please keep your cell phone accessible during service in case we need to notify you.

We provide snacks to kids during service. Please be sure to notify The Heights Kids team at check-in if your child has any food allergies or food limitations.

All Heights Kids team members are background checked and trained to be aware and vigilant about child safety.

If your child has special needs, we would love to do whatever it takes to create an environment for them to learn about Jesus.

Heights Kids Buddies
We believe all children deserve access to learning about Jesus and belonging in a safe, loving, gospel-centered community.
If your child has special needs, we would love to support you through our “buddies” program and sensory room, which is currently offered at our 9am service for children birth-5th grade. Our “buddies” volunteer team comes with a variety of experience and passion for caring for children with disabilities.
If you are interested, please fill out the Heights Kids Buddies Intake Form so that we can prepare for your child to join us. Once you fill this out, someone from our team will reach out within 24 hours. Lovewell Bag Packing
Saturday, May 30 | 10am - Noon
During these 2 hours, your family is invited to simply arrive and go through our assembly line to pack bags with food and hygiene essentials. These bags will be handed out to our unhoused neighbors on Colfax by the Lovewell team.
It’s a simple, hands-on way to help your kids live out Jesus’s love for those in need—even our littlest “walkers” can join in and have a blast!
